At Engine 2, a core value is in the power of community to launch and sustain lifestyle change. We know seven days is enough to begin to feel change, but real improvement comes with sticking with it. Embarking on a plant-based lifestyle can seem overwhelming, especially when an individual may be battling health issues. The Rescue 10x Program is designed to help you to apply the principles learned in the Seven-Day Rescue Challenge, with ten weeks of group support focused on best practices and real-life application. We invite you to join the tribe and develop the long term habits needed to make a plant-strong lifestyle truly sustainable.
This online coaching program includes:
Weekly lessons include strategies for finding your WHY, weekly goal setting, mindful habit building, and a deeper discussion into each of the seven pillars and what they mean in your daily life.
*Live Calls will take place each Tuesday night at 7:30 PM Central, beginning March 12th, 2019. Calls will be recorded so if you are unable to attend all 10 sessions, you can watch later at your convenience!
